Civil Litigation & Appeals Robert G. Boliek, Jr.'s, practice is devoted to civil litigation, including assisting other lawyers and their clients with appeals, either through consultation or association as appellate counsel. He brings to these efforts years of experience handling a broad range of personal injury, business, and employment cases, the insights he has gained as a law school professor teaching such courses as civil procedure, insurance law, and alternative dispute resolution, as well as the lessons he learned while serving as a law clerk with the Alabama Supreme Court. Robert Boliek has handled appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Alabama Supreme Court, and the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, including presenting oral arguments before both the Eleventh Circuit and Alabama Supreme Court. He writes on appellate issues for law journals and is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars on the topics of appellate practice and legal research and writing.
