Robert G. Boliek, Jr.'s, practice is devoted to civil litigation, including personal injury, fraud, and wrongful death cases as well as business and contract litigation. He also assists other lawyers and their clients with appeals, either through consultation or association as appellate counsel.

In addition, Robert Boliek is a mediator committed to helping the parties achieve settlement based on the parties' mutual interests as well as each party's enlightened self-interest.

He brings to these efforts years of experience handling a broad range of personal injury, business, and employment cases, the insights he has gained as a law school professor teaching such courses as civil procedure, insurance law, and alternative dispute resolution, as well as the lessons he learned while serving as a law clerk with the Alabama Supreme Court.
